Meet Dr. Lauren MacIntosh, ND
Naturopathic Doctor
Originally from Nova Scotia, Dr. Lauren MacIntosh brings a strong foundation in biological sciences and a whole-person approach to naturopathic medicine. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Biology from Acadia University before completing her Doctor of Naturopathy degree at the Canadian College of Naturopathic Medicine. During her clinical training, Dr. MacIntosh was one of six interns selected for a specialized pediatric rotation, providing her with additional experience and education in supporting the health and wellness needs of children.
Dr. MacIntosh’s approach to naturopathic care focuses on understanding the individual, considering the relationship between nutrition, lifestyle, and overall well-being. She values helping patients better understand their health and explore personalized strategies that support their individual needs and long-term wellness goals. In addition to her naturopathic education, Dr. MacIntosh has completed further training in Intravenous Nutrient Therapy (IVIT). She is a member of the Nova Scotia Association of Naturopathic Doctors (NSAND), the College of Naturopathic Doctors of Alberta (CNDA), and the Canadian Association of Naturopathic Doctors (CAND).

Outside the clinic, Lauren enjoys staying active through running and hiking, along with cooking, knitting, and visiting local farmers’ markets.
