Meet Marquis Diggs
Born and raised in Nova Scotia, Marquis grew up in the community of East Preston before attending St. Francis Xavier University, where he earned his degree in Human Kinetics in 2020. During his time at St. FX, he was also a member of the varsity football team, further developing his passion for fitness, movement, and physical performance. With five years of experience as a kinesiologist, Marquis is passionate about helping people improve their quality of life through movement. He enjoys building relationships with his clients, understanding their individual goals, and helping them recognize and celebrate their progress along the way.
At Kinesis Health Associates, Marquis works with clients to improve strength, mobility, flexibility, and confidence in their physical abilities. Through personalized exercise guidance, stretching, and range-of-motion techniques, he helps people move more comfortably and feel more capable in their everyday lives. He also supports a variety of services, including laser therapy, shockwave therapy, DECOMP, gym programming, and the 8 Weeks to Wellness program.
