His approach combines detailed assessment, hands-on treatment, and personalized exercise programming. He places particular importance on patient education, helping individuals better understand their condition and take an active role in their recovery. Recognizing that everyone’s physical demands are different, Reid tailors his recommendations to each patient’s work, hobbies, lifestyle, and personal goals.
